Relational Philosophy was founded by Dr. Sonja Radatz back in 1999 based on her friendship with numerous radical constructivists such as Paul Watzalwick, Heinz von Foerster, Ernst von Glasersfeld, Steve de Shazer and Hunberto Maturana.
It assumes: OUR EFFECTIVENESS CONSISTS OF THE RELATIONSHIPS, THE RELATIONSHIPS we enter into with others: With employees, colleagues, superiors and customers. With our children, parents, partners, friends. But also with markets, companies, states or, more generally, futures. And THIS REALITY IS CREATABLE BY US IN EVERY SITUATION AND CAN IMMEDIATELY BE CREATED BY US - this is also the starting point of the Relational Philosophy. Thus the "Today thought, tomorrow already lived" becomes the most important milestone in our thinking, which creates unimagined possibilities in today's time of speed.
The constructs developed by Dr. Radatz in Relational Philosophy, such as the framework, the representation of the structure of human as well as social systems in the Relational Model, the Leadership and Accompaniment Model, the Relational Organizational Structure around the Strategic Driver, etc., make it possible to create a really good future in practically all social, organizational and personal issues. In the course of the last 20 years, Dr. Sonja Radatz derived hundreds of practical tools from her theory, with which the Relational Philosophy can be lived on a daily basis. - ALWAYS A 180° DIFFERENT APPROACH THAN THE LIVED "COMMON SENSE".
STUDIED Economics, Psychology & Interpreting in Vienna. Completed her PhD on Relational Learning Organization at TU Kaiserslau-tern.
FOUNDED Relational Philosophy with practice tools in all areas of life based on her exchange with Paul Watzlawick, Heinz von Fo-erster, Humberto Maturana, Steve de Shazer and Ernst von Glasersfeld. She founded IRBW in 1998 based in Schönbrunn Palace, Vienna www.irbw.net , in 2019 the Mind Changer Academy www.mind-changer.net and in 2021 the Relational Online Academy www.relationalonline.com.

IS INTERNATIONALLY ENGAGED as a coach, change facilitator, corporate and leadership facilitator, and keynote speaker.
WON the German Prize for Social & Organizational Cybernetics for her life's work as early as 2003.
STUDIED Jus and trained intensively in platform and website design as well as film editing and design. In addition, he is a certified coach primarily successful with life issues.
